The house layout is nice. Unquestionably needs some paint, repairing up in a couple of places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the house. We liked the price of this house and didn’t anticipate a whole large amount.

Thank you for your feedback.  Without a doubt this home is often a essential beach house and when you expect more this is not the place for yourself.  As with the outdoor spigot, without going into a lot of details lets just say that it's inside the works being addressed.

They say location is everything, And that i'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, as well as location was awesome, but it surely's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as had been the doorways, the trim, much from the furniture, etcetera.

I loved that there ended up 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who would like to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it all over again or advocate it to a friend.
